Direzione si impegna a definire ed assegnare annualmente gli <strong>obiettivi per la Qualit\u00e0<\/strong>, in base agli impegni derivanti dalla pianificazione strategica dell&#8217;Organizzazione e di budget: sulla base di questa strategia si intende perseguire il miglioramento continuo di ogni processo principale e a supporto, di conseguenza ogni prodotto e servizio erogato sul mercato.<\/p><p>L&#8217;Alta Direzione, inoltre, valuta l&#8217;efficacia e l&#8217;adeguatezza della presente <strong>Politica per la Qualit\u00e0<\/strong> nel suo complesso, considerando anche il contesto in cui opera e le sue evoluzioni, aggiornandola ove necessario, al fine di rispondere pienamente alla visione e alla missione I nostri macro obiettivi della Qualit\u00e0 sono:<\/p><ul><li><strong>soddisfazione del Cliente<\/strong>\u00a0e delle altri parti interessate, interne ed esterne;<\/li><li>erogazione di servizi e prodotti al mercato, assicurando il rispetto:<ul><li>di normativa cogente e volontaria, ivi incluse le aspettative degli Stakeholders;<\/li><li>delle tempistiche e budget di realizzazione;<\/li><li>del miglioramento delle performance, disponibilit\u00e0, affidabilit\u00e0, sicurezza e sostenibilit\u00e0;<\/li><li>dell\u2019innovazioni tecnologica ed aggiornamento continuo;<\/li><li>dell\u2019impatto positivo sull\u2019ambiente e sul contesto sociale in cui opera;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>accrescere le competenze ed il know-how delle risorse<\/strong>\u00a0interne, provvedendo alla loro formazione, eventuale addestramento, assicurando loro anche risorse adeguate per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati;<\/li><li>mantenere attivo, efficace e\u00a0<strong>migliorare costantemente<\/strong>\u00a0il proprio\u00a0<strong>Sistema di Gestione per la Qualit\u00e0<\/strong>, conformemente agli standard definiti dalla norma internazionale di riferimento\u00a0<strong>ISO 9001:2015<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Per raggiungere tali\u00a0<strong>obiettivi di qualit\u00e0 e sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong>, in ottica di miglioramento
